Paul Davidson
Director, Security Consulting
Paul Davidson founded Team 9 Ltd to give boards and insurers genuinely independent security advice. Team 9 has no commercial interest in the solutions it recommends.
His current focus is Martyn’s Law compliance, helping UK organisations understand and meet the Act’s requirements and protecting and supporting those ‘Responsible Persons’ who may carry personal legal liability under it.
Previously, Paul served as Special Advisor on Terrorism to the UK Government, advising at ministerial level and participating in COBRA briefings as required. He was a senior leader, directing operations across terrorism, cyber threats and financial crime, and led the UK Hostage Negotiation response to international terrorism incidents.
He lectures on counter-terrorism and intelligence analysis at the Cranfield Defence Academy, and holds CIPP certification with memberships of ASIS and ISACA.
Tony Manze
Director, Protective Services
Tony is one of the UK’s most experienced close protection experts. He was formerly a senior leader responsible for protecting the UK Royal Family and government ministers. He is regarded as a global expert in the risks posed from ‘fixated threats’ (high profile stalking). He has delivered training and strategic consultancy globally to corporate partners, high net worth families, law enforcement and government agencies on how to mitigate these complex threats.
Notable projects include being a senior security advisor to the Government throughout the G7 and COP26, and the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II. He was responsible for assessing multiple information sources, and then designing and authorising plans to protect many world leaders.
Tony’s role as Director of Protective Services involves assisting c-suite and high net worth families to understand the risks posed, and designing mitigation strategies accordingly. This includes vetting of 3rd party suppliers, mitigating the threats from terror attacks, organised crime and ‘inside agents’.
Bill Casey
Bill is a crisis management specialist and senior leader for the Canadian Government. He has responsibility for designing, reviewing and instigating the crisis management and business continuity response to a range of critical issues.
His expertise includes mitigating cyber-attacks on national infrastructure, natural disasters and civil unrest. He has routinely advised commercial organisations both within Canada and overseas. Bill has more than 18 years of experience in the design, development and delivery of tabletop, functional and full-scale exercises. He holds an MSc in Risk, Crisis and Disaster Management. Bill is a strategic advisor to Team 9.
Kim O
Kim is a global cyber security and wifi expert. He retains close links with the military which keeps his knowledge and expertise at an extremely high level. Kim advises Team 9 on network audits, cyber security, risk mitigation, system design and crisis management.
