Martyn’s Law Consultants & Compliance
Martyn’s Law Consultancy
The Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025, known as Martyn’s Law, places legal responsibilities on organisations to reduce the risks to people from a terror attack. Team 9 is an independent, vendor-neutral Martyn’s Law consultancy helping UK venues and hospitality groups understand and meet those obligations. We provide Enhanced Tier compliance audits, reasonable-measures advice, staff training and ongoing assurance. Our only income is our advisory fee. This means we provide trusted advice and only recommend additional measures if they are actually required.
What we provide: Enhanced Tier compliance audits — structured assessments of your current position against the Act’s requirements, identifying gaps and prioritising actions. Reasonable-measures advice — independent guidance on what should be considered, prioritised and implemented. Staff training — online, auditable, available 24/7 and tailored to your premises. Compliance platform — a live record of what’s been done, by whom and when. Board dashboard, secure portal, maintained plans and tracked training records. Why Team 9: Led by a former Special Advisor on Terrorism to the UK Government. Trusted by boards and insurers.
